These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ruku mobile application ("App", "Ruku", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ruku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application. 1. Use of the Application Ruku is an Islamic application designed to provide features including: Quran reading and translations Quran audio recitation Daily Quran content Prayer times Adhan and prayer notifications Qibla direction Duas Dhikr and Tasbih Ramadan-related information Other Islamic educational and informational features You agree to use Ruku only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 2. Islamic and Informational Content Ruku provides Islamic content for educational, informational, and personal worship purposes. Prayer times, Qibla calculations, translations, interpretations, and other information may depend on calculation methods, location data, third-party services, or source materials. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free. Users are encouraged to verify important religious matters with qualified Islamic scholars or trusted authoritative sources when appropriate. 3. Prayer Times and Notifications Prayer times and Adhan notifications may vary depending on: Your location Calculation method Juristic school settings Device settings Timezone Internet availability Operating system restrictions Notifications may occasionally be delayed, missed, or affected by device settings, battery optimization, background restrictions, or operating-system limitations. Ruku does not guarantee delivery of every notification at an exact time. 4. Location-Based Features Certain Ruku features may require access to your device's location. Location may be used to calculate prayer times and support other location-dependent functionality. You may disable location permissions through your device settings. However, disabling location access may cause certain features to become unavailable or inaccurate. 5. User Responsibilities You are responsible for: Using the application responsibly Maintaining appropriate device and system permissions Ensuring that your device has sufficient storage and resources Maintaining a suitable internet connection when required Reviewing important information before relying on it You must not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the application or its services. 6. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, Ruku's application software, interface, branding, logos, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to ClaudySoft. You may use the application for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the application or its proprietary components without appropriate authorization. Some Quranic, translation, audio, or other third-party materials may belong to their respective copyright holders and may be subject to separate terms or licenses. 7. Third-Party Services Ruku may rely on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, notification services, analytics services, or other infrastructure to provide certain features. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or content of third-party services. 8. Availability of the Service We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Ruku at any time. We do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, network issues, server problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 9. Disclaimer Ruku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties that: The application will always be available The application will be completely error-free Prayer times or other calculated information will always be perfectly accurate Notifications will always be delivered at the intended time Third-party services will always be available 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClaudySoft and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use Ruku. This includes, where applicable, reliance on prayer times, notifications, Qibla calculations, Islamic content, or third-party services. 12. Termination You may stop using Ruku at any time by uninstalling the application. We may restrict or terminate access to certain services if necessary to protect the application, its users, infrastructure, or to comply with applicable laws. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document. Your continued use of Ruku after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 15.
